- Notice of Intent (Sole Source) The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to negotiate and issue a sole source award to Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. 101 J Morris Commons Ln STE 105 Morrisville, NC 27560-8884 as a sole source provider for the hardware and software of the CPSC ArcMail Data Archiving System from 1 August 2023 thru 30 July 2026, not to exceed $250,000.00.� This is a renewal procurement in order to continue receiving updates and technical support. �Data443 Risk Mitigation, Inc. is the exclusive service provider for the ArcMail technology platform and there are no other agents or dealers authorized to represent this solution. In addition, there is no comparable service available for purchase that would serve the same purpose or function. CPSC is authorized to enter into contracts for equipment and software required to investigate the safety of consumer products and for improving the safety of such products (5 U.S. C. � 2054).� CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and 41 U.S.C. � 3304(a)(a). The sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures.� Interested persons may identify their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations and responses received within seven (7) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Any quotation/response must be in writing and can be sent via email to the Contract Specialist Lindsay Bourne at lbourne@cpsc.gov by 2pm Eastern Time 27 July 2023. No phone calls will be accepted.�
