Description: Spangdahlem Air Base is intending to sole-source a requirement to Chemring Energetic Devices for�the accessory procurement, repair and/or maintenance of the Joint Combined Aircrew Systems Tester (JCAST) and the Altitude Combined Aircrew Systems Tester (ACAST). This company is the only company certified to work on this particular equipment as they are the manufacturer. Please let us know if this is not true or if there is another company that is certified to perform the required maintenance and repair.
