Title:� Notice of Intent � Corrective repair services �custom configuration The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic�s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to dB Control Corp, (HEICO Corporation) to provide corrective repair of P/N: DB-321 (TWTA RMA 6192) for primary power input configurations, grid Modulator, and required software upgraded to incorporate new components. � The applicable NAICS code is 334220, PSC 5821. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) soliciting from a single source over the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. � This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than five (5) days after this notice posts or NLT 26 July 2023. A solicitation will not be posted. All responses received by 26 July 2023 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
