INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS), Inscription House Health Center intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed priced contract with SYSMEX AMERICA INC., 577 Aptakisic Road, Lincolnshire, Illinois 60069 to provide the Hematology Analyzers, its supplies and services.� SYSMEX AMERICA INC. is the only vendor with authorization to provide replacement products, services and supplies for the above-mentioned equipment, and there are no authorized service companies outside of SYSMEX AMERICA INC. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level or quality required because the supplies or services are unique or high specialized. Hematology Equipment, Services and Supplies:� Equipment: XN1000-PR License SA-01 Automated Hematology Analyzer - 1 EACH XN-450 Automated Hematology Analyzer - 1 EACH� Services:� See Attached Statement of Work Insight� real time IQAP Inter-Lab Peer Group QC 24-7 Technical Assistance Center Business Hours Service, M-F 8-5:00 pm local time Instruction & Continued Customer Care: Operators Manual Unlimited Virtual Instructor Lead Training & On-Line training tutorials Quick Guide On-line Customer Resource Center Hematology Supplies: SEE ATTACHED SUPPLY LIST Period of Performance:�� Extended Base Year: Award Date to December 31, 2023 Extended Option Year #1: January 1, 2024 to December 31.2024 Extended Option Year #2:�January 1, 2025 to December 31.2025 Extended Option Year #3:�January 1, 2026 to December 31.2026 Extended Option Year #4:�January 1, 2027 to December 31.2027 Extended Option Year #5:�January 1, 2028 to December 31.2028 Sole Source authority cited FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B); Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Due to the particular requirements of this solicitation, the proposed vendor meets the needs of the requestor which are most advantageous to the Government in terms of economy, efficiency, reliability of services. Therefore, SYSMEX AMERICA INC is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the requirements of Kayenta Health Center. The proposed contractor shall provide the specified products and its services and supplies identified above to Inscription House Health Center in Tonalea, Arizona. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Only emailed responses will be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Last day to provide affirmative written response is July 27th, 2023, 10am MST. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
