Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE 20 July 2023 The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) Contracts Department at Stennis Space Center, MS 39522, hereby formally announces the intent to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to Lucidea Technology Corporation. The contractor will be required to provide web-based software maintenance for Integrated Library System. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government�s requirement within 5 calendar days of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
