This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Under technical includes the ability to provide all of the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work and meet the minimum criteria listed under the clause in the attached solicitation. THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR BRAND NAME ONLY.
