**W15P7T-23-R-0004 SEPM RFP - Amendment 001 - 20 July 2023** In response to the questions received by 14 July 2023, please see ""B08_Attachment 0015_W15P7T-23-R-0004 SEPM RFP QA.xlsx"". The following documents have been revised as a result of the Q&A: Attachment 0001 SEPM IDIQ PWS; Attachment 0005 SEPM Cost/Price Template; Attachment 0008 Draft Task Order; Attachment 0009 RFP Instructions; and the W15P7T-23-R-0004 Solicitation Document. All changes made to these documents are described in the answers contained in Attachment 0015 SEPM RFP Q&A. The due date of noon 1200 Eastern Time (ET) on 31 July 2023 remains unchanged as all document revisions made were minor. **This solicitation is open to SBA 8(a) Small Businesses only** Please see ""B08_W15P7T-23-R-0004 Solicitation Document.pdf"" and ""B08_Attachment 0009_W15P7T-23-R-0004 RFP Instructions.pdf"" for information, submission instructions, and relevant dates regarding this solicitation Please direct all questions and concerns to kristopher.b.tress.civ@army.mil. Proposals are due NLT noon 1200 Eastern Time (ET) on 31 July 2023. Questions are due NLT 1600 on 14 July 2023. This posting replaces the original W15P7T-23-R-0004 solicitation posting that had to be deleted on 06 July 2023 due to the incorrect versions of Attachment 0001 and Attachment 0009 being erroneously uploaded in the original posting. The proposal due date remains 31 July 2023 as the original solicitation was only removed from SAM.gov for a few minutes in order to post this notice.
