Proposal due date / time is hereby extended from 06/08/2023 to 06/20/2023, 1:00 PM PST. Attached is ""RFI Official Responses - 3"" which is hereby incorporated into any subsequent contract award. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
