Special Notice Special Notice Page 4 of 4 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 4 GENERAL: This is a SPECIAL notice only and does not take the place of the pre-solicitation or a solicitation; The pre-solicitation was previously released as 36C10E23R0012 on July 3, 2023. It has been replaced with IFB Number 36C10E23B0001. Solicitation will be posted July 24, 2023. PROJECT SCOPE: The Veterans Benefits Administration, Houston, TX Regional Office, Office of Internal Government (OIG) is seeking the services of a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that will provide materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the interior renovation and refinishing of the OIG Houston VARO Space Renovation as required by drawings and specifications. Veteran Benefits Administration Houston Regional Office. Renovation at Suite 1073, as required by drawings and specifications. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES. Offices of Spur Design, as Architect-Engineers, will render certain technical services during construction. Such services shall be considered as advisory to the Government and shall not be construed as expressing or implying a contractual act of the Government without affirmations by the VBA Contract Officer or their duly authorized representative. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. All work shall be completed within Three Hundred Ninety (300) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This includes final inspection, punch-list, and clean-up.
