This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (other than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 15; DAG 5.207(d)(2)(iv).� This is not set-aside for small business.� The Government will place orders under this contract for DLA Stock Support only. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.� Long Term Contract, fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), with a three-year base period and two options for one year each for a total term of five years.� The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic as described in the solicitation.
