- GENERAL INFORMATION TO OFFERORS OR QUOTERS1. Responses must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by this solicitation (including attachments). Responses shall include the contractor?s Cage Code and Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. Examine the entire solicitation carefully. Responses must be plainly marked with the Solicitation Number and the date and local time set forth for bid opening or receipt of proposals in the solicitation document.3. Information regarding the timeliness of response is addressed in the provision of the solicitation entitled either Late Submission, Modification and Withdrawal of Bid or Instructions to Offerors Competitive Acquisitions.4. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W15QKN-23-Q-0030 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, dated March 16, 2023. This requirement shall be competed on full and open basis under NAICS code 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to competitively award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for need of a high rate material testing machine that meets the below criteria the following CLINs and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Amendment 0001 - Please be advised that the solicitation closing date has been extended for one (1) week from 7 July 2023 at 4:00 P.M. EST until 14 July 2023 at 4:00 P.M. EST. In addition, the following question was asked: Question: Can you advise us the manufacturer name for this bid?Answer: There is no manufacturer name for this bid. Only a list of requirements to be met. Amendment 0002 - Please be advised that the solicitation closing date has been extended for one (1) week from 14 July 2023 at 4:00 P.M. EST until 21 July 2023 at 4:00 P.M. EST. Amendment 0001 and Amendment 0002 are both attached. The following questions have been asked: Question: ?There is specific security training for the contractor listed in the Picatinny Arsenal Solicitation W15QKN-23-Q-0030 on the topics of AT Level 1, iWatch, and OPSEC. CDRL A001 refers. These must be completed within the first 45 days after contract award.
