This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 1.a. Project Title: WINDOW COVERINGS/SHADES 1.b. Description: VA San Diego Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide Window Shades for their new Spinal Cord Injury and Community Living Center buildings. 1.c. Project Location: VA San Diego Healthcare System 1.d. Solicitation Number: Request for Quotes (RFQ) - 36C26223Q1367. 1.e. Set Aside: This solicitation is issued as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSBC) set aside. 1.f. Applicable NAICS code: 337920 Blind and Shade Manufacturing 1.g. Small Business Size Standard: 1000 employees 1.h. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price 2. Scope. The Veteran s Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking a contractor to provide Window Shades. The requirement is for Roll-A-Shade Model Number: A6311, A6311A, A6311B or equivalent having the following salient characteristics.
