All other documents remain unchanged. ----------------------------------------------------------- MARKET SURVEY & INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT / INSTRUCTIONS DISCLAIMER - IMPORTANT - READ ME FIRST: This is a market survey & industry day announcement / instructions. Any responses must be in accordance with (IAW) the information sought in the attachment(s). The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, responses that are not IAW with the information sought in the attachment(s). The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this market survey & industry day announcement / instructions. This is not a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation, and this information is subject to updating and in no way binds the Government to award a contract in the future. Description: The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is posting the attached market survey, industry day announcement / instructions, and draft Statement of Work (SOW). Draft SOW summary: The USSPACECOM has teamed with NIWC Pacific in establishing C2F at USSPACECOM and component commands, in Colorado Springs, CO. NIWC Pacific will have technical authority to design, procure, integrate, install a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence/Information Technology (C4I/IT) infrastructure in the C2F, and transition USAF C4I/IT assets into the facilities. The contractor shall provide support services to NIWC PAC and facilitate the design, engineering, installation, configuration, and transition to sustainment operations for the C4ISR and information technology (IT) infrastructure of Navy, Joint, and National Command Centers and C4ISR/IT-intensive shore facilities. These services support the detailing of IT infrastructure design specifications, documentation and life cycle estimates based on existing technologies, system integration, testing, evaluation, demonstration and development of technical documentation to support accreditation, procurement and implementation. Functional areas shall include cable infrastructure, communications, enterprise management systems, information assurance, networks, and information systems. This task is conducted in accordance with applicable Federal, DoD, Naval Information Warfare Command (NAVWAR), NIWC policy, guidance, and directives.
