- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITAITON ANNOUNCEMENT.� This is a sources sought synopsis only.� The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relation to NAICS: 333413 Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 500 EMP.� Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology.� After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, an RFQ may be published on Contracting Opportunities at www.sam.gov.� Responses to this sources sought shall not be considered response to a solicitation.� All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.� The New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) has a potential requirement for a downdraft table and fume extractor that meets the following characteristics:� CLIN 0001:� DOWNDRAFT TABLE (QTY = 1 EA) Industrial Downdraft table/booth for welding, grinding, laser and plasma cutting, deburring, painting, sanding, soldering, and brazing. Side and back walls metal mesh pre-filter, and grounding lug with a Dimensions of a 48""Wx42""L work surface.� Entire unit footprint shall not� �62""Wx43""L Must be able to accommodate voltage �w/ voltage of 230v/3P/60Hz. Must be able to filter airborne cadmium particulate to a concentration levels in excess of five micrograms per cubic meter of air (5 �g/m3), calculated as an eight-hour time-weighted average exposure (TWA) IAW permissible exposure limits established by OSHA standard 1926.1127(c) Must be able to filter airborne lead particulates to a concentration less than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air (50 �g/m3) averages over an 9-hour period IAW OSHA standard 1910.1025(c)(1) Secondary high efficiency particulate arrestance (HEPA) filters w/ hospital-grade filtration (99.97% efficiency of 0.3 micron particles) that will allow in-door venting for most applications such as welding, grinding, and deburring.� Filter set-up capable of OSHA standard for operation where hexavalent chromium is measurable and present. CLIN 0002:� SELF CLEANING FUME EXTRACTOR (QTY = 1 EA) 13� Extractor arm w/ flex hose and brackets 1.5 hp motor capable of 1200 CFM using 120v/1P/60Hz power Must be of rugged external construction Include a high efficiency air filtration system Set of four (4) 3� swivel castors Secondary HEPA filter providing highest level of filtration efficiency (99.97% efficiency of 0.3 micron) specifically for environments where stainless/galvanized steel fumes are present In responding to this sources sought, interested potential parties shall include: 1.� A product brochure with full details of their proposed solution to include all available options and any pricing information.� � 2.� Is your company considered small under the NAICS code identified under this RFI? 3.� Are you the manufacturer, distributor, or an equivalent solution to the items being referenced above? 4.� If you are a large business, do you have any designated distributors? If so, please provide their company name, telephone, point of Contact and size status (if available). 5.� If you are a small business and you are an authorized distributor/reseller for the items identified above or an equivalent solution, do you alter; assemble; modify; the items requested in any way? If you do, state how and what is altered; assembled; modified? 6.� Please provide general pricing of your products/solution for market research purposes. 7.� Please submit your capabilities regarding the salient characteristics being provided and any information pertaining to equal to items to establish capabilities for planning purposes? 8.� Please review salient characteristics and provide feedback or suggestions. If none, please reply as N/A. 9.� Please provide your CAGE code or DUNS number. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to the attention of:�� Matthew Lapointe at matthew.r.lapointe.civ@army.mil�� Telephone responses will not be accepted.� Interested parties shall also submit their responses to the Government no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on 31 July 2023.� This notice is to assist in determining the availability of capable sources via the commercial industry only.� A solicitation is not currently available.� If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from this sources sought.
