Description: Federated IT performed the original installation of the equipment and provided maintenance under a different contract which has since expired. �Because Federated IT provided a unique programming code for the Crestron Pro2 which controls all of the other equipment in the rack, they are best qualified to continue maintaining all of the equipment. �They currently have copies of the latest source code. �If equipment needed to be replaced due to failure, Federated IT could simply update the source code and reinstall it in the Crestron Pro2.
