Solicitation No. 75H70723Q00128 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for HI-LO Power Mat Therapy Table and PRO100-INT with Handle Bar Accessory for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center in Zuni, New Mexico. This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive at least two or more offers that are reasonably priced offers from ISBEE�s, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside. 2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 3rd Tier- Certified Hub Zone Small Business 4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business 5th Tier- All Other Small Business Concerns The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.
