- Monthly Rental of Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) Unit The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Clinical Imaging Systems, Inc. for the monthly rental of a mobile computed tomography (CT) unit as required by the GIMC Radiology department. The period of performance will be: Base Period: August 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024� Option Period 1: February 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Clinical Imaging Systems, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the required mobile CT unit to ensure there are no interruptions in direct patient care services provided by GIMC. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. ��Any potential sources other than Clinical Imaging Systems, Inc. may submit a capability statement and the Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form (see attachment), if applicable. Submissions may be emailed to Mr. Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. ��Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
