Description

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Bravo Company USA, Inc., 340 Maple Ave, Hartland, WI 53029-2115. Cage Code: 342X6, and UEI: FD3EWRNGE181, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). The NAICS code is 332994. USMS Armory is in the process of building, rifles for BDUSMI classes to be issued upon graduation. The USMS Armory currently utilizes BCM components which are produced and sold by Bravo Company USA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. �Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. �USMS will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. � The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
