Description

Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for Removal and Disposal of Hazardous Waste at USDA Institute of Forest Genetics, 2480 Carson Road, Placerville, CA 95667.� This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quoters are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive. a) Email and use the Schedule of Items as a bid sheet, see pages 3 and 4 of the solicitation, and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. b) Review Evaluation Factors for Award on page 5 of the solicitation. c)� Review Attachment A - Statement of Work, Attachment B - Pest Chemicals, Attachment C - Identified Chemicals, Attachment D - Photos of Liquid Chemicals, Attachment E - Wage Determination No. 2015-5631. d)� Site Visit - A site visit is scheduled for 07/31/2023 at 10:00 AM PT.� (THIS WILL BE THE ONLY DAY WE WILL HAVE A SITE VISIT)(See page 21 of the solicitation for the contact information). Requested information must be emailed to Clauderene Washington prior to bid closing date.
