Description

The purpose of this amendment is to�is to change from 100% small business set-aside to Unrestricted, and to update FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services Contractor support required to provide green roof maintenance at NAVCONBRIG Charleston, Detachment Chesapeake. The objective of proper green roof maintenance is to promote healthy vegetative canopy cover, reaching a minimum of 95% coverage throughout out the year, with the intent to; prevent weed growth, prevent wind erosion of the substrate, increase aesthetics, and shield the substrate from solar energy, which improves conditions for microbial soil health
