This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Therefore, it constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 339112. Solicitation No. 75H71323Q00054 has been issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items for Service Contract for monthly Pharmaceutical Automated Dispensing and Controlled Substance Security System Equipment Rental and Support Service with opportunity to exercise Base Year Plus Option Year. The non-price section shall be organized by evaluation factor and sequenced in the below order. The respondent shall address the following factors in sufficient narrative and qualitative detail to be evaluated. EVALUATION FACTORS: This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award to the contractor whose quote represents the best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, the following evaluation factors will be considered in accordance with provision 52.212-2 Evaluation � Commercial Products and Services (Nov 2021): 1. Technical Capability: - Warranty Terms Service Coverage (if applicable) Past performance information may be based on the Government�s knowledge of and previous experience with the quoter, or other reasonable basis. 2.
