- *21 July 2023 Update:* RFQ N0042123Q0369 Amendment 0002 is attached to this update to extend the quotes due date from Monday, 24 July 2023 by 5:00 PM EST to Thursday, 27 July 2023 by�5:00 PM EST.� The responses to the�Request for Information (RFI) questions are still being completed. A subsequent amendment will be issued to provide responses to RFIs once they are finalized as well as any related updates to the RFQ. *End of Update* *10 July 2023 Update:* MANDATORY SITE VISIT: A site visit is required for this solicitation to be eligible for award. The contractor shall visit the project site; collect required data about existing structures, surroundings, appurtenance and all items that will be affected by this project or related to this project; and verify existing conditions. The contractor shall be responsible for the verification of the actual site condition and the accuracy of this information to ensure adequacy of the design and successful construction. Offerors MUST attend the mandatory site visit to be eligible to receive award. The site visit is scheduled for Monday, 17 July 2023 at 1:00 PM EST at NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, MD Hanger 201. All interested offerors must contact Jill Gaskin at, jill.l.gaskin.civ@us.navy.mil or 301-757-2226, to provide notice of attendance, and if needed request base access, by 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, 13 July 2023. After the site visit on 17 July 2023, any Request for Information (RFI) questions must be sent to Michael Woods, michael.d.woods102.civ@us.navy.mil, by 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, 19 July 2023. Quotes will be due Monday, 24 July 2023 by 5:00 PM EST. *End of Update* Solicitation N0042123Q0369 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order based on total cost of materials and installation. Offerors MUST be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.
