- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Space Development Agency (SDA) requests quotes for IT equipment specified in Attachment 1. A subset of the items requested are to be provided as Brand Name (and model) only as noted in Attachment 2. All notional offerors must use Attachment 1 to provide pricing.
