Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� This requirement is for an online Reconnecting to Internal Sensations and Experiences (RISE) intervention tool that collects and stores data to be evaluated for effectiveness of intervention to improve resilience and reduce suicidality.� The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intents to award a sole source basis with Auburn University, Department of Psychological Sciences. They have been identified as the only responsible source that can provide the RISE Tool in support of the�U.S. Army Medical Research Directorate � West (USAMRD-W).
