RSVP is not required. As such, interested offerors are highly encouraged to attend this event. Statements of interest or non-interest from attendees are requested via email to the POC of this announcement. � THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS A Screening information Request (SIR), a request for proposals, is anticipated to be released soon after the closing of this announcement and �after this site visit occurs. This announcement is not a solicitation or request for proposals of any kind. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted in response to this announcement. Attendance to this event and responses received are at the interested vendor�s risk. Any resulting SIR released is intended to be funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). As such this project will be subject to associated FAA reporting requirements. If a contract is awarded, the contractor will be responsible for reporting requirements associated contract clause AMS 3.18-1 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law � Reporting Requirements (October 2022) that will be included in any resulting solicitation and contract. A copy of this clause and report form titled �Uniform Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Data Report� are available in the attachments of this announcement. FAA�S INTENDED PROCUREMENT STRATEGY The FAA currently intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the lowest price bidder that can be determined fully responsive to the solicitation and affirmatively determined responsible via active registration in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) which possesses no exclusions, and no recent or relevant adverse past performance. � ALL DOCUMENTS IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT ARE DRAFT FORMAT Please note that all documents attached to this announcement are in DRAFT format and are subject to change. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide any questions, comments, or concerns related to the requirements contained in the draft documents attached in their response. REQUESTED RESPONSES FROM INTERESTED AND CAPABLE VENDORS Attendance to this event is not required to provide a statement of interest.
