- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add FAR clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a Bytedance Covered Application and revise the due date and time for receipt of quotes to 01 August 2023, 10:00am Eastern Daylight Savings Timve (EDT). This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 ? Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is SP700023Q1054. RFQ SP700023Q1054 AND ALL ATTACHMENTS MUST BE ACCESSED VIA THE SOLICITATION MODULE IN PIEE. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into a contract for up to 60-month lease of eight (8) Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as ?devices?) within OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (OCONUS) ? Bulgaria and Romania. The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery and installation, end-user training, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security.
