Description

THIS IS A SOLICITATION TO PROVIDE A FOOD SERVICE VENDOR WITH A REVOCABLE LICENSE TO PROVIDE:� Full Cafeteria level food services in a Federal Courthouse located in Brooklyn, NY.� The selected Licensee is expected to deliver cafeteria level food selections, prepared on premise. It is required that sufficient food selections be made and available, as is appropriate to meet tenant breakfast, lunch and snack demands and provide a nutritious variety of clearly labeled, reasonably priced food options.��The Licensee should provide at minimum:� a selection of hot vegetables and entrees, soups, salads or salad bar, hot and cold sandwiches, a full line of prepared hot food from a grill and fryer station, assorted hot and cold beverages, grab-and-go food options and dessert selections, be offered daily.� Daily, weekly and seasonal specials are encouraged.�� An on-line ordering and payment system, enabling efficient ordering and pick up of pre-ordered food is encouraged to be in place and available for customer use. All food service operations require sanitation inspections, must have on-site food preparation, an on-site manager and service staff, sufficient to service all food service offerings. The Licensee is encouraged to work with the Court Tenant to arrange for possible additional in-building food service opportunities such as: Jury Meals Jury Refreshments/Snacks Catering The Period of Performance is:�Two (2) Years, With 2, Two (2) Year Options. Base: September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2025; Option 1-2: September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2029. The Licensee is expected to deliver a plan of operation that�clearly illustrates and accounts for how the proposed plan of cafeteria operation will remain financially viable and must address:� the proposed pricing levels,�the freshly prepared and pre-packaged food selections to be offered,�employee staffing number and wage/benefit costs,�monthly costs, and�estimated sales revenue and monthly profit.
