Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District is soliciting for award of a design and construction contract for the Replace Fire Suppression, B12 at Tucson Air National Guard Base, Tucson, AZ in accordance with the criteria contained herein and using industry standard materials and efficient practices. THIS PROJECT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This will be a Competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process (SEE FAR 15.101-2) resulting in a firm fixed-price contract. Under this process is appropriate when best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. The estimated magnitude range for this project is between $5,000,000 and 10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. ALL OFFERORS/BIDDERS ARE ALSO ADVISED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED. AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, EVALUATION NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
