Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Euromeny Global Limited; 8 Bouverie Street, London Uk EC4Y 8AX; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is to purchase a one year subscription to American Metal Market and Metal Bulletin data provided as a combined resource through Fastmarkets.com. Please see the attached Justification and Approval for additional�details. Period of performance for this requirement is 9/30/2023 through 09/29/2024. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Sumit Rana, Contracting Officer, at sumit.rana@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
