ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS � COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Repair of Machine Tools located at Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, Indiana, in accordance with Attachment 0001 � Performance Work Statement Non-Haas_04MAY2023 and Attachment 0002 � Non-Haas Equipment List. TYPE OF ACQUISITION AND CONTRACT This acquisition is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made using Low Price resulting in a single award Time & Material Purchase Order. Labor shall be paid at the awarded labor rates for the Base Period and each Option Year. Payment for material costs shall be based on actual cost plus delivery/shipping costs.
