- Solicitation for End Item: Helicopter, UH-60-UH-60L-UH-60V, NSN 4010-01-502-1057, PR 1000169950, Wire Rope, Assembly, Single Leg. The estimated annual quantity is�246 each. The NAICS is 331222. �FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination, Delivery Schedule: 139 days ADO.� Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� The request is for a written proposal.� Please submit offers to email Cynthia.Jones@dla.mil.� OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.� ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).�� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is on or about August 09, 2023. The closing date will be on or about September 09, 2023. �If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer.� If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award.� Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV.
