- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), current as of 06/04/2023. The small business size standard for the set-aside is: 1,250 Number of Employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applies to this�solicitation and resulting award and assigned rating is: N/A. Late quotes will not be accepted.
