Description

Title:�Transit Protection Progam (TPP) Vessel Maintenance and Service The services to be furnished under this contract include the performance of routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on vessels, trailers, cradles, jet docks, and related equipment in support of the Fleet operational mission of the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) Transit Protection Program (TPP) program and Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) program. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within eight days from the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
