Description: The project is located at the existing Air Traffic Control Tower at Al Asad Air Base (AAAB, Iraq. The project consists of the renovation of the existing air traffic control tower. Work must include the demolition of interior finishes and equipment, renovation of interior spaces, electrical system, HVAC system, and restrooms. Project is a Design Build Contract, the Contractor must be responsible for designing all aspects of this project in accordance with Section 01 10 00, Section 01 10 15, and the provided drawings in the Appendix.
