Statement of Work A. GENERAL GUIDANCE Title: Telemetry Expansion into 5th Floor East and West Ward Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide the equipment, software, and installation of the Philips Telemetry equipment. The equipment is to be installed for Telemetry monitoring of the 5th Floor Ward and Monitoring in Central Monitoring room. The facility is located at: VA Philadelphia Medical Center 3900 Woodland Ave Philadelphia, PA 19104 Background: This contract is for the Telemetry Expansion of the Philips Telemetry Equipment in the 5th Floor East and West Patient Wards. This equipment allows for remote monitoring of patient vital signs. Type of Contract: Firm-fixed-price B. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The vendor shall provide Twelve (12) MX40 Fourteen (14) PIC iX licenses Two (2) PIC iX workstations Two (2) Underdesk 360° CPU Mount Two (2) 24 Dell Display Monitors One (1) Cisco 2960, 24 Port, 100 MB Switch Twelve (12) 5 lead ECG cables with AAMI and Sp02 Twelve (12) Sp02 9-pin D-sub adapter cbl 1.1m (8-pin) Twelve (12) Sp02 Reusable Adult Clip Sensors M1196T Installation and Implementation of the purchased equipment to the current Philips Telemetry System. Must be compatible with the current Philips Telemetry PIC iX system currently installed at the Philadelphia VAMC C.
