Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will be set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is W9132T23Q0022 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).� The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333248, All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 Employees.� The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one PANDA brand name or equal instrumented dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP). This is not a brand name specific requirement, but the equipment purchased must be compatible with the PANDA brand dynamic cone penetrometer.� Please reference the attached written RFQ for full detail of the requirement as well as all applicable provisions and clauses.� Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed above to:� CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil� Telephone responses will not be accepted.� * Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications.
