Description: The Operational Technology Division (OTD) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Combs Forensic� Services to provide forensic digital recording analysis research and address all aspects and factors to objectively compare the quality of the impulse responses. Those recordings would compare the conditions, distance from the source and several other factors that frequently affect the examiner's ability to glean useful information from the recordings.
