Description

SCOPE of WORK: The project is located at the Womble Ranger Headquarters Mount Ida, Montgomery County Arkansas 71953. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to: Install 11 new network connections for workstations located within the Womble office building per attached SOW and specifications. LOCATION: The project is located in the Ouachita National Forest. The Womble Ranger Headquarters is located at 1523 Hwy 270E Mount Ida, Montgomery County, AR. TENTATIVE DATES: Issuance of RFQ- 07/25/2023; Site visit- 08/02/2023 0900 CT Last day for questions-08/07/2023 1500CT Quote submittal deadline- 08/10/2023 1200 CT Completion date 45 days after Notice to proceed Period of Performance: 08/15/2023 to 10/16/2023 TYPE of CONTRACT: This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) which will result in award of a firm fixed price contract. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive offeror. SET ASIDE: In accordance with FAR19.5, this project is set-aside 100% for small businesses.
