WOSBSS Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Sole Source (FAR 19.15)
 

Description

The Department of Veteran�s Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Dataworks Development Inc. for the acquisition of one perpetual license for Freezerworks Software and four options providing for twelve months of customer care support. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).�See attached Sole Source Justification for additional information. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit documentation of their capability to respond to the requirement.� This request is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within seven days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.�Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any response should be emailed to the contract specialist at edward.olivo-cruz@va.gov. No telephone requests will be honored.
