- Description
- You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center�s (GSFC) solicitation. The principle purpose of this Phase A Radiometer Instrument study is to provide insight into potential instrument concepts that will support AOS-Sky mission implementation, with particular attention to performance capability, developmental maturity, and developmental risk.�The Statement of Work, Attachment A, describes the scope of the requirement. NASA will conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is�541715 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. It is anticipated that the subject acquisition will be a full and open competition resulting in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) definitive contract.
