Description: Architect-Engineer to complete the design of the entire South Bypass Channel, including river tie-ins (channel plugs), starting at the Initial (35%) design.� The design shall consider the most effective way to divide the channel into separate projects for construction award.� The A-E shall prepare plans and specifications for two packages to include: 1) South Bypass Channel � Phase 1; and 2) South Bypass Channel � Phase 2, to include Segment C Tie-in and Segment D Tie-in as Construction Options.
