- This project will engage an Architectural Engineering (A/E) firm to provide a Memorandum of Agreement, Conceptual Drawings, Contract Drawings, Functional Layouts, Specifications, Construction Cost Estimates, Template Construction Schedule, draft submittal register, Engineering Calculations, and subsequent Construction Period Services. The Design team is responsible for coordinating with the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) and appropriate VA personnel to determine a plan for the new building(s).
