Description

The is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued in accordance with FAR 12 and in conjunction with Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR 13.5. Evaluation of price and other factors will be performed in accordance with procedures outlined in FAR 13.106-3. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), Number 36C24813Q1710. The government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price, Contract for Diagnostic Medical Physics Support Service in accordance with the Statement of Work for the Bay Pines VA Health Care System (BPVAHCS). Set- Aside: Small Business NAICS Code: 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services Small Business Size Standard: $19.0 Million Product Service Code: H266 Equipment and Materials Testing Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. Quotes shall be valid for 90 days from the close of this solicitation. Failure to comply with all criteria as set forth by this combined synopsis/solicitation will result in your quote being deemed NON-COMPLIANT and therefore not evaluated.
