Description

**Review all Attachments Posted Prior to Submission of a Quote** The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to NTS Labs, LLC Huntsville, 7800 Highway 20 West, Huntsville, AL 35806, to perform environmental testing of the ArtemisPro System. This procurement is sole source for the following reason: This test is to verify that the ArtemisPro system meets the requirements for environmental conditions for storage, transport and use are met. Equipment on naval surface ships and submarines experience many different types of environmental exposures. National Technical Systems, LLC is the only commercial test facility approved by NAVSEA to perform MIL-STD-810H environmental tests. As such, the Government does not expect significant savings through competition and does expect significant and unacceptable delays that will negatively impact this requirement. Therefore, it is in the Governments� best interest to acquire the testing from NTS Labs. Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407. Email quotes to jonathon.fertig@navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. The Government will not accept late quotes. The Government will not accept quotes that are partial or incomplete Provide CAGE code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
