Description

Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this letter as a RFQ for the Ninjio Cyber Security Training Platform in support of the United States Military Academy (USMA) at West Point. This requirement is being competed as a 100% small business set-aside.� Only small businesses under the North American Industrial Classification System 611420 Computer Training.� The requirement will be awarded in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12, FAR 13.106-2, and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for brand name only. IAW with the enclosed signed justification this is a brand name purchase for the Ninjio products listed in the table below. Award will be made on a firm fixed (FFP) price basis to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. See attached letter RFQ for furter details.�
