- RMO22868 - Limbaugh Courthouse Barrier Replacement This project is for the removal and replacement of the existing two (2) K4 rated barriers with K12 rated barriers. This solicitation will only be available to Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) contractors who currently hold a contract on the Region 6 Small Business (SB) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services for the geographical region of St. Louis, MO. Only the official�Point of Contact for contract holders as described above will be granted access to the solicitation documents. If you are a subcontractor, please contact the prime you are associated with for copies of these documents. The approval process is manually done and takes between 24-48 hours from the time the request was received.
