Description

Amendment 0001 - Audio-Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) equipment The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date from 7/25/2023 to 8/16/2023. Add a revised SOW. Provide questions and answers: Is the Performance period 60 days? No, 12 months. Regarding the Statement of Work (SOW), we noticed the mention of a ""preferred 5-year lease."" Is the government seeking a lease specifically for the nine systems, similar to the plans associated with AV as a Service? This information will help us align our proposal accurately with your requirements. This is a possible Government request/requirement in the future. The Leasing information has been or will be removed from the SOW. We would like to address the matter of labor and travel expenses. Labor and travel expenses will be paid by the Government and should be included in your quote. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
