This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on, after, or about July 28, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. Description: A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) SOLICITATION WILL BE A FIRM- FIXED PRICE (FFP) SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF DENTAL DRILL AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE VA NORTHERN CALIFORNIA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, MATHER, CA RFQs will only be requested and accepted from SDVOSBs that are authorized distributors for the Brand Name (Stryker) Products. All vendors must be verified and registered in SAM.gov and verified by the SBA in Vert Cert as an SDVOSB business, see following paragraph about SAM.gov and SBA Vet Cert portal verification. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf ). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) shall have their ownership and control verified by the Small Business Administration (SBA), Vet Cert Portal at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. The Vendor is to provide the equipment within 30 days of contract award.
