Description

Solicitation N0042123Q00448 is issued as a brand name procurement. This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order on a brand name basis for Cubic Corporation and Curtiss-Wright Corporation, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1). This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit.
