THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following in support of the VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS): VAPORHCS has a need for: Circle MRI and CT Salient Characteristics are as follows: For Cardiac MRI and CT Application Advanced imaging, reporting, post processing for cardiac CT and MRI utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Cardiac MRI and CT Post processing software Compatible with Nutanix Virtual Server platform Compatible with Windows 2019 Servers Compatible with Windows 10. ability to maintain compatibility with current supported Windows OS via upgrades or patches Complies with VHA and VA standards for IT security as shown on ERA FDA Approved Vendor agnostic for all CT and MRI Modalities Vendor agnostic for all Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACs) Must be DICOM Compatible Contains the following CT post processing and reporting: Calcium Scoring Automated coronary artery percent stenosis Automated arterial plaque assessment Contains the following MRI post processing and reporting Heart function Heart tissue Flow Anatomy Quantitative Perfusion 3 licenses shall be provided for three years from contract award date Licenses shall be able to be applied to up to three users Training for two users shall be provided. No gray market or remanufactured items will be acceptable. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated supplies at a fair and reasonable price are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Jennifer Robles at jennifer.robles1@va.gov no later than August 7, 2023, 5PM EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, SAM UEI and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; whether services are presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract, NASA SEWP contract or any other Government contract vehicle. NAICS Code 513210 Size Standard: $47.0 Million is applicable to determine business size standard.
